Regional Service Manager -East
CurrentResponsibilities include:Managing 50+ technicians via 4 Territory Managers.Providing direction for the Eastern half of the United States - Insure all service work meets customer expectations - Insure all work is done safely and in accordance with proper industry standards - Look for new markets for development - Drive increased sales via Pm programs both in local markets and regionallyManaging a P and L of 5 million - Control expenses for all techs that report up to me - Look for increased revenue and new markets to grow overall top line revenue. - Develop reporting to help communicate the metrics to the field to drive individual growth and performance.Communication of capabilities - Communicate to the larger organization our offerings to help with inner company collaboration - Present to customers our offerings and develop large account relationships for joint success.
