"Driver of Change"I was fortunate enough to be given many opportunities to not only be involved with changes but in many cases to lead them:- Trained & certified as a Standardised work & Kaizen trainer by a TMC Master trainer- Attended Group Leader role training program in TMC which on my return resulted in me leading a project changing the 4S culture of our organization called the "4S Step Up Activity"- Key TPS trainer to our Suppliers and shop floor Group Leaders and General Foreman- New model Project leader roles- Project member with the TMCA Change Leader program responsible for major culture change of the organization- Trained as a Group Leader Interactive Management trainer (Performance Management)- Certified Group Leader Role trainer - This training program is the gateway to the role out of the "Floor Management Development System" to the shop floor which I led for Weld shop as well as supporting other Departments.My specialty is not just as a trainer. My passion is actually working on the shop floor with the GL's, the TL's and Team members. Communicating, consulting, what is required and why. Seeing the actual results on the shop floor is what drives me. When the GL sees me a few months after the activity and tells me that their job is now easier, that's what makes it worthwhile.
