Responsible for the Accounts Payable and Asset Register functions; • End to end Accounts Payable • Staff Expense Reimbursments• Corporate credit card management• Update & maintenance of the Fixed Assets Register• Oracle E-Business Suite (11i) software package across multi currencies• Support the Accounts Receivable function• Analysis and reconciliation of various Balance Sheet accounts• Liaise with external auditors for year-end audit and annual tax return

Responsibility for the schools’ financial and management accounting activities, and supervised the payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking and other accounting functions.
