My role was to set up and establish and architectural lighting department that was symbiotic with the decorative lighting business. Started the department from scratch and built from the ground up. Established all product relationships and key vendors. Promoted into the HomeWorks initial residential sales team for a newly established business unit.Relocated to Florida in 1993 to manage and run HomeWorks residential channel for Florida, Georgia and the Caribbean.
