From 2000 to the present time, I worked as a project superintendent for On Top Construction, Inc., Fisher Development, Inc., HITT Contracting, Inc., and Palmar Construction, LLC. My main responsibilities included supervising subcontractors, procuring and/or inventorying job materials, and maintaining job reports and daily communication with the project manager. I supervised remodels, paint-outs, and fit-outs of various retail businesses, restaurants, and offices. I assisted with a ground up of a Hampton Inn in Connecticut. I supervised several retail projects and a project for Air Canada at Reagan National Airport and several restaurants at the Food Court at Quantico Marine Base.During this time period, I also spent two years as a Project Manager with the Indiana County (PA) Office of Planning and Development. I worked with housing rehabilitation, lateral assistance, and accessibility programs. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, having used it extensively in my work with the Office of Planning and Development, as well as my work as a project superintendent.Prior to 2000, I worked in various construction and remodeling venues, including six years as owner/operator of my own construction business in Pennsylvania. I have experience in marketing, bidding jobs, deciphering blueprints, and layout preparation.
