ß Responsible for managing the Middle Office for the cash portfolio, staff finalizes which loans are saleable Mortgage Backed Securities. Managing a Monthly volume from 5bn to10bn a month while overseeing the rolling whole loan inventory of an additional 10bn.ß Staff shows multiple cash loan aggregation scenarios to traders/management in a rapidly changing environment in order to provide the best execution. ß Execute market driven scenarios by coding SQL statements to identify data population, analyzing data to confirm eligibility, performing control edits on population, reviewing completed disclosure, perform quality assurance review confirming aggregated disclosure variables meet indicated criteria and generate audit documentation. ß Develop and improve new and existing tools to increase productivity.
