Since 2012 I've been focused squarely on transportation electrification, on the vehicle product and portfolio planning and launch side originally, which evolved to charging infrastructure at Electrify America in 2016 during the TDI consent decree. I am committed to the positive aspects of transportation electrification including a superior driving platform, zero tailpipe emissions, cleaner air and an ideal growth partner for electric utilities. But the public and private sectors need to work together -- better -- to build further growth momentum and to overcome obstacles to EV deployment with a majority of American drivers, as well as OEM/fleet and charging stakeholders. I enjoy being at the intersection of these conversations and strategic deliberations about the best ways to improve transportation electrification in the United States. My previous career has been focused on all things automotive, especially product planning, marketing and strategic development. Launching new products and integrating corporate and agency teams behind that is a task I've managed at several companies, both brick and mortar and web-based. I also like being the "go to" team supporting Executive Management during times of fast change and re-priortization, when nimbleness and thinking outside the box are required.Specialties: Product planning, product and brand management, strategic planning, operational integration, and marketing communications for mainstream and luxury vehicles, accessories, technology and telematics. Since 2012, I've been focused on electric vehicle product planning as well as charging infrastructure strategy and business development. At the DOE, I've specialized in other forms of transportation including zero emission aircraft, marine, rail and medium/heavy duty truck, along with battery electric and fuel cell powertrains, as well as a wide variety of alternative refueling infrastructure.
