Responsible for closure and cost recovery on a multi-year USAID funded potable water program that involved the repair and replacement of failed deep well and water distribution pump equipment at five sites in the West Bank. The biological system utilized Orbal aerators and the MLE process. Clariflocculators were designed for secondary clarification and with the option for alum addition for phosphorus removal. Disinfection utilized in-channel UV.. Sized a wet scrubber for odor control, and aerobic digester and and a belt filter press for sludge processing.Pittsfield, NH - As part of State Administrative Order Action, provided upgrade design and construction services for 0.4 mgd aerated lagoon system to 0.6 mgd including an I/I study. Performed all related kinetic calculations and developed user and impact fees. Sized aspirating aerators and improved removal kinetics eliminating the need for an additional cell.
