An experienced mentor and leader who is constantly improving efficiencies and elevating operational standards at Fender Katsalidis. Joining the practice in the late nineties as a construction documenter, later becoming responsible for the expansion of the Quality Management System across all FK studios, ensuring best practice and consistency across all design and documentation stages via a cloud-based design and documentation review process. A wealth of construction knowledge demonstrated throughout his involvement in many key FK projects has resulted in elevation to Associate Director, working in close association with the design and the leadership teams, to assist in the expansion of the knowledge base of the practice through a thoughtful, technically based approach.As a member of the FK Risk and Systems Committees, my role has expanded to also include regulatory matters, contractual elements, and the management of risk to the practice and overseeing FK developing an efficient and robust Quality Management System certified to ISO 9001:2015.Technically minded with a great depth of knowledge in building construction, detailing and specification writing.
