In this role, I direct oversight across new hire and career development training, establishing the infrastructure and overall strategies during a time of great transition (4 mergers/acquisitions and massive growth). My Key Achievements are as follows: I streamlined change process procedures and workflows, while ensuring visibility of real-time performance data. Uncovering the need to implement a new Digital Adoption Platform, I orchestrated the institution of a new automated process platform (WalkMe). Orchestrated a $5M in savings for overnight and priority mail usage by presenting cost-effective improvement recommendations.  Secured $7.5M in annual labor costs by improving operational efficiency from 45 minutes daily per employee across a 3.5K staff. Accelerated overall operational efficiency improvements (20%), increasing efficiency through automated tools, and removing outdated processes.  Facilitated launch of national training strategies, effectively onboarding 1.4K+ new employees across a 9-month period.
