Supervised the production of concrete for construction and shotcrete for ground support in the mine. Supervised a production staff of 24 personnel and a fleet of 8 mixer trucks.

Major Responsibilities:• Oversaw a group of national tradesmen to develop and equip a shaft and Hepburn hoist plant.• Managed work related to civil construction and structural installations and commissioning.• Civil and Structural installation of arches for block cave mining including ground support, grout and cable bolts. • Installation of vent control bulkheads and American ventilation doors.

Baker Lake, Nunavut Territories

Major Responsibilities:• Developed quarries, road and site construction, bridge construction, and site services at Agnico-Eagle Mining, Meadow Bank mine project.

Ulu Mine, Pickle Crow Mine, Pickle Lake Ontario And Nanasivik Project, Nunavut T

Major Responsibilities:• Managed site services for Powerhouse, camp and building construction, building and mechanical maintenance, as well as all mobile maintenance• Supervised purchasing, site emergency services, de-ice of mine, installation of ground support of mine decline at the Ulu Mune Site Nunavut territory.• Supervised demolition of the Nunivak mine in the Nunavut Territories. Salvaged all plant equipment, camp structures as well as site reclamation. All useable equipment U/G and surface was prepared for shipping by sealift to owner’s southern port site.• Oversaw construction of bulk sample plant at the Pickle Lake mine to process 50,000-ton bulk sample of gold ore.

Nunavut Territories, Canada

Major Responsibilities:• Supervised a maintenance crew of 16 of varying trades to service camp and plant maintenance. • Oversaw mining and ground support for U/G crusher stations. Cable bolts, Grout and mechanical bolts.• Supervised all civil and structural construction of 3 U/G Nordberg swing jaw crushers, installation of 1 - 7 foot Nordberg cone crusher and maintenance, skip changes, shaft maintenance and mine dewatering and all facets of construction of vent bulkheads that were poured in place or shotcrete.• Assisted with hoist installation, commissioning, hoist and rope maintenance including rope changes and socketing.• Supervised installation of a secondary winze shaft with a Hepburn hoist, vertical conveyor and loading facilities.• Oversaw shaft maintenance and rehab for service hoist project.• Managed fire protection systems including annual inspections.• Set annual budgets site services, camp maintenance and building maintenance.
