Provides sales and product support for the following Prepress: Fujifilm CTP equipment and consumables, MGI digital equipment and consumables, auxiliary equipment such as Glunz, Jensen and Heights processors. Postpress: Horizon print finishing equipment and Gietz packaging equipment.

• Install and provide technical support for Fujifilm electronic prepress software andconsumables. • Install and provide technical online and remote support for MGI digital equipment and efi rips (Includes digital presses and 2D and 3D spot varnish and consumables.• Train operators on all new installations.• Provide sales demonstrations of hardware and software to prospective clients.• Correctly advise clients on the best print solution for their business.

• Maintain existing customer client base / recruit new customers by maintaining and establishing good customer relations• Provide expertise on correct equipment / consumables (inks, plates, film and chemistry) customers require• Supply equipment / consumables as recommended• Provide analysis of client’s requirements in order to provide suitable prepress to press production solutions• Analyze sales figures / trends / developments in the current market• Meet / exceed sales targets. • Assist in preparation of targets• Manage credit risks and potential problems / assist in collection of outstanding account.• Manage Costs involved determined by equipment and training to client on date of installation• Provide on sight building inspections pre installation ensuring equipment requirements are met.• Order and manage delivery of equipment (plate setters, proofers), software (workflow) and consumables (plates chemistry)• Manage training and technical staff for installation and on site training• Organize backup analogue systems for change over and image setter redundancy.• Manage Support maintenance and upgrades of installed hardware, software and networking • Manage product support to all customers• Attend product launches, seminars and training courses on technology to keep abreast of developments in the graphics industry.
