After selling the company, Wayne served in several senior positions starting in 1990 with CBRE where he was a Senior Vice President. In 2000, Wayne joined The Staubach Company as a Principal and Board Member. When Staubach sold to a large landlord focused firm, Wayne’s entire team joined Cresa in order to maintain focus as a tenant advocate. Wayne served as a Chairman of the Board for Cresa West and a Principal for the firm.
