Pont3 has the capability to deliver these events from concept to completion and everything in between.

Pont3 was founded when I acquired the rights to the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival in 2005. At that time there were 12,000 participants. I set myself some pretty high benchmarks to reach that included making the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival the best and biggest Running Festival in Australia. The event is now recognised as the biggest marathon event in Australia, and it is the only World Athletics Platinum Label marathon in the Southern Hemisphere. The Sydney Marathon is now a Candidate Race for the Abbott World Marathon Majors and it is our goal to become the 7th World Major and join the 6 greatest marathons of all time: London Marathon, New York City Marathon, Chicago Marathon, Berlin Marathon, Tokyo Marathon and Boston Marathon.The Abbott World Marathon Majors is the best known marathon series in the world with each of the 6 events oversubscribed by hundreds of thousands of people.Joining the Abbott World Marathon Majors will drive incredible tourism outcomes for Australia, NSW and Sydney, deliver inspiration and motivation to our community and drive amazing social outcomes all whilst showcasing our great country and city to the world.Sydney Marathon is one of the most spectacular marathon courses in the world taking in the Sydney Harbour Bridge and finishing on the forecourt of the Sydney Opera House.As the CEO of Pont3 and Event Director of all of our events, I'm mainly responsible for strategic development, international growth, risk Mgmt , race management, partnerships with Government and Agencies as well as carefully selecting and guiding a team of exceptionally gifted Event Management professionals.

Motiv had a broad range of event categories including running, triathlon, food & alcohol, focussed on delivering amazing experiences across the portfolio throughout the world.

Managed sponsorship implementation for AMP Group (Corporate Affairs), managed various components of AMP's Olympic Sponsorship program including the Ignite the Dream Tour, production of Olympic Community Cauldron program around Australia, AMP Tower Olympic Sculpture management, removal and reinstallation of all three 3.5-4 tonne pieces of art to the AIS and Sydney Olympic Park, community sponsorship program management.
