We used a modeled system development life cycle (SDLC) approach to all of the information technology projects. In this position, I managed projects from vending machine automation, to GPS vehicle tracking and messaging, to overseeing the Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and design for a system to support the largest vehicle fleet in the United States (over 300,000 vehicles).
