We support our Titling Divisions as well, and I create and administer Active Directory Accounts for New Hires, and I Administer our backwards compatible AS400 IBM i Employee records as well as offer Software SUpport for our IBM i Auctions Solutions. I am an At Desk Resource and Mentor for our Millennial Team Mates, and I was responsible for porting our existing Knowledge Base from Service Now to ZenDesk. I provide daily insight and guidance to our Team Members both in the USA and India. I help support our Global Employees as well, in UK, Ireland, Scotland, Finland, Germany, and the UAE. We Auction Vehicles Globally. We provide a "follow the Sun" Support Model.
