In my role as replenishment supervisor I would generate picking notes using the pheonix operating system. Organise notes into picking order. Allocate work. Monitor staff and help picking and replenishing locations. Input all compleated work onto the pheonix system. Monitor holidays and sickness using Microsoft windows. Train and support my team to achive a multi skilled level of competence. As the site FLT instructor I would train and coach employees on a number of picking machines. Retrain and renew licences. Assess new starters. Enforce and coach a safety first approach within the working environment. I started at Axiom as a general labourer this was mainly sweeping emptying bins and keeping the shop and machines tidy. After a few months of hard working I started to learn how to use the machines. Bandsaw/sanders/circular saw and so on. The machine I became most accustomed to was the edging machine.

A typical day labouring would consist of unloading tools and materials. helping prepare the working environment for mixing plaster using a mixer/drill/bath depending on what type of plaster was needed. During mixing I would load my mixes into buckets and load the spot board for the plasterer. When the job was completed I would clean all the tools used and clean the working environment.
