I supervise the EH&S / Regulatory and Quality Assurance departments at DayGlo. These departments work together in an effort to bring high quality, regulatory compliant products to the market. We work to service our customers needs in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. In addition to my internal role at DayGlo, I focus on integrating the regulatory efforts of our sister companies, Dane (UK) and Radiant (Belgium), so that our corporate group takes a more global approach towards the regulatory compliance of our current and new products.

My position is two fold, managing three quality control labs, and developing new products at DayGlo Color Corporation. I actively seek methods to improve the quality of DayGlo's current product offering, and look to provide more useful specification data for our customers on the Certificate of Analysis. This involves developing new QC tests, modifying current QC procedures, and evaluating new testing equipment. My particular expertise in New Product Development is orchestrating DayGlo's initiative into Food Contact Colorants. I write all of the Food Contact Notifications (FCN) that are sent to FDA, perform extraction tests and Validation reports on all Food Contact Substances (FCS), write Safety Narratives and Toxicological Profiles, and supervise the development of new product offerings in the food contact arena.
