My role involved the Management of Fire Maintenance, Service Repairs and Installations of all Fire Equipment and Systems to strict compliance with AS1851-2012 and each relevance BCA and Australian Standard for each Fire Measure. We have a terrific team with complimentary skills within the Fire Industry and all associated trades.Unfortunately, due to a temporary health issue, I was forced to retreat from the role to take up the position of Business Development which provided me with a fresh and exciting challenge while still being able to work with the same great team, existing and new customers.

I was responsible for the management and administration of local Fire technicians as well as a vast number of subcontractors throughout the above regions, estimating all defects found, client liaison, purchasing of equipment and managing WIP and Monthly/Annual Budgets.

Suppression Systems Installations and Inspection and Testing Contracts) Other roles with this company included Project Management, Supervision and Customer Relations.I left company for a position in Nationwide Air conditioning to establish their Fire Services division in March 2012.

I commenced work with Wormald Fire in 1981 as an Apprentice Electrical Mechanic. Became a Leading hand from 1985 to 1990 then Project Manager until 1996. Electrical supervisor from 96 to 2000, Contract Manager until leaving in Nov 2002 for a position in Chubb FFE in Newcastle as a Service Manager.
