I started off working at pets in 2003 as a general warehouse colleague in a variety of areas including Picking, Despatching of Goods and Goods In.By the end of 2003 I progressed to a team leader in charge of 25 colleague’s picking in wide aisle and monitoring all KPI’S. Shortly after this I applied for a supervisor’s role on the Despatching of Goods out department in which I succeeded on achieving, This role involved the despatching of all goods to stores with safety and efficiency to ensure all KPI’S were meet. In 2006 I was promoted to a Warehouse Shift Manager which saw me covering the night shift position along with 2 section leaders and 85-120 warehouse colleagues in various departments Show less

I started Spode as a selector; Spode was one of Stoke on Trent’s finest manufactures of porcelain and fine bone china, whist I was employed at Spode the role I had involved me over looking all the fine bone china that was produced and distributed worldwide alongside a highly qualified team of selectors. As I progress thought the company to prestige selector this gave a real job satisfaction as the china I was now selecting had been ordered by celebrity’s and royalty.

I started Wedgwood’s after leaving school and there I was on a YTS in which I worked in various departments.
