As the Director of Operations I help franchise owners grow their business and become more successful business owners. Drawing upon my own experience as an Executive Director and strong customer service skills, I offer support, guidance, and mentoring to new and established franchise owners as well as clients. I also act as a liaison between the franchise owner and client, ensuring professional interaction and results.Over the years I have been able to take my background in facility maintenance and expand it to fixing systems and processes. My training and experience in disaster preparedness and emergency management gives me an insight in prioritizing tasks and duties to ensure overall operations are not driven by minut details. I enjoy growing and empowering others while being a resource.I have experience in operations, budgets, human resources including staffing, scheduling, recruitment and retention. I enjoy building people up and mentoring them. My primary focus is customer service for clients.I have received FEMA training at the Center for Domestic Preparedness in Healthcare Emergency Management; Healthcare Leadership and Administrative Decision Making; Environmental Health Training; Hospital Emergency Response and have completed ICS 700, 100, 200, 300, and 400. I am also trained, and have trained facilities, in the Nursing Home Incident Command System.
