• Motivating, Coaching and Developing a team of 14-25 high performing agents• Managing performance and timekeeping• Organizing and delivering positive and constructive feedback• Assisting agents in their learning and development to maximize their performance and prepare them for the next steps in their careers.• Organizing and facilitating separation/termination• Interviewing, providing input and assisting in the decision of hiring potential candidates for employment• Aggressively implementing tests to improve current processes and document results to share with the Network• Organizing and facilitating new projects including remotely communicating with leaders at other sites to discuss opportunities and share best practices that can be utilized on both sides.• Owner of a diversity and inclusion group whose goal is to promote the company’s initiative to increase awareness, understanding and acceptance in the workplace.• Facilitating Calibrations, team activities, team meetings, and one-on-one coachings• Finding creative ways to motivate and recognize my direct reports• Volunteering with Ronald McDonald House, United Way Book Drive, Stuff the Bus, and Junior Achievement
