I became an instructor and course leader for the Academy upon graduation from its first graduating class of certified coaches in 2003. I lead or co-lead all of the core coach training courses and serve as a mentor coach for Academy students. I also work closely with Academy founder Maria Nemeth in developing and presenting coach training and continuing education webinars which attract participants worldwide.
