Wayne P. Marsh has been practicing law since 1974. He has offices in Sun City, Phoenix and Scottsdale, and serves clients throughout Arizona. The emphasis of Mr. Marsh's practice is in the area of Wills, Trust, Trust Administration, Probate, and Estate Planning, as well as Bankruptcy. Mr. Marsh was a Bankruptcy Trustee for Phoenix and was the presiding Judge for the City of Surprise and a Judge pro tem for Phoenix. He served on the Governor's Council on Advice of the Aging, Trust and Financial Fraud Task Force. He is a past president of both the Sun City Host Lions Club and the Phoenix council of the United States Navy League. He is a Shrine Mason and was appointed as a Special Assistant US Attorney for the Southern District of California.
