• Manage the project construction cycle for multiple commercial PV projects• Enforcement of safety culture, development of job hazard analysis planning, and site safety plan• Daily monitor the quality assurance and quality control program• Manage build crews and installation progress• Formulate performance improvement plans and make termination decisions as necessary• Interview, select, train, mentor and develop employees• Evaluate employee work and productivity and monitor for process adherence and compliance• Identify and work with the Project Manager to manage subcontract labor, materials or equipment to ensure timely completion of the project• Assist the Project Manager in defining elements of work including the development of the project execution plan and evaluating subcontractor(s)’ scope of work• Assist Project Manager in the development and management of project budgets and project scheduling using MS Project• Complete daily construction logs and production rates for multiple projects• Manage project logistics with internal supply chain (bill of materials) and external vendors and coordinate the work of subcontractors on site• Conduct pre construction on site evaluations prior to project start date• Drive additional duties required as needed
