Recent initiatives include creation and refinement of mobile applications to scan, visualize and track parts throughout the E2E supply chain and ensure border compliance, the modernization of legacy MF applications to Azure and AWS cloud platforms for use by internal customers and external suppliers, and the implementation of 30+ parts and logistics systems for successful startup of multiple new vehicle plants in the US and Mexico including the current TBMNC battery startup in North Carolina. Earlier initiatives include the migration/integration of North American route planning and logistics operations and systems with TMC’s global logistics’ systems, successful launch of a Foreign Trade Zone at TMMAL, development and hosting of trailer optimization software to support operations across many Toyota global regions, as well as partnering with Production Control and Logistics operations in the development of key company strategies and initiatives to reduce or eliminate production impact from crisis situations involving weather, traffic, and other abnormal phenomena.As part of Toyota One initiative, acquired responsibility for Vehicle Ordering, Forecasting, and Planning, systems from 2016 to 2019. Key initiatives included modernization of 2 legacy sales applications to cloud platforms and the modernization and migration of a portfolio of 20+ applications from distributed data centers to modern centralized datacenters in Dallas and Phoenix

Primary responsibilities included program development and customer support of PeopleSoft ERP systems including PeopleSoft Financials, HRMS, and Manufacturing systems. Worked extensively with Accounting & Finance, Purchasing, and Human Resources to collect and document requirements, understand key business functions, create test plans, assist with system and user acceptance testing, and troubleshoot software and hardware issues. Installed, configured, and maintained all desktop and server software needed to support ERP client applications on Windows and UNIX environments.

Various duties during tenure included Installation and Support of PeopleSoft Human Resources ERP Software, IBM Virtual Machine (VM) Operating System, MVS Customer Information Control System (CICS), and PROFS Electronic Email, Database Administration of SQL Server and RDB, Mainframe Systems Programmer, OS/2 and DOS Operating System Administration, Data Storage Administration, and RACF Security Admin.
