Strong customer focus including working direct with landlords and leasing agencies.

Area Manager responsible for all Field Operations activities in New England including managing six direct report managers and more than 50 technicians. Responsibilities also include working with engineering, contractor and construction teams on reactive and project based requests, budget planning and monitoring, executive level presentations, project management and status reporting. The Area Manager also works with human resources on employee matters and with Union representatives as needed. This position requires 24 x 7 availability per schedule to ensure project and restoral goals. Wide area disaster recovery management is a key requirement of this position. Technology responsibilities include 3G, LTE, DAS, ODAS and Microwave Networks
