Working with the Executive Leadership team over an eight month period, concluding in the successful IPO of the group on the London Stock Exchange Alternative Market. My involvement was predominantly on ensuring short term forecasts were sufficiently robust in order to support working capital statements detailed in the listing document. This included dealing with a range of complex financing and property acquisition contracts and ensuring all cash flow implications were appropriately documented, and in some instances amended to ensure working capital statement could be supported.

Working with the Transaction Services team in London at an early stage of my career I was fortunate to be involved a broad range of international corporate finance transactions.
