This was a time of significant acquisition and inorganic growth for PwC Advisory, and provided me with first-hand experience with integrating and collaborating across large groups of diverse professionals in very short periods of time. In my first year, among other wins, I responded to the growth mandate by selling and delivering post-merger supply chain and ERP projects to a medical device client, and a multi-year clinical supply IT systems architecture and selection for a global pharma manufacturer. Since those early days, I have successfully led all aspects of selling and delivering multi-year strategies, creating roadmaps for business-driven and technology-enabled transformations, and executing those plans to help my clients achieve significant growth milestones, whether that was launching their first products or growing revenue by billions of dollars annually. A significant part of my time with PwC has been spent serving mid-market clients. Success in this segment requires not only knowing the priorities, ways of working and resource constraints of a small company, but being able to tailor professional services in ways that enable leaders to achieve significant milestones.In my most recent leadership role, I spearheaded initiatives to enhance market presence and elevate the PwC brand in the life sciences sector for one of our major ERP business units. I successfully developed a growth strategy, created market eminence materials, executed sales campaigns, and hired new talent needed to meet our growth objectives. These efforts resulted in more than 200% practice expansion within just three years.
