I am currently working at Hy-Ten Reinforcement Ltd. as Production Manager. I have worked there since July 2024. Responsible for overall Production on site. Output and Quality. Responsible for all personnel on site. From August 2023 to current position, I was HESS Manager at SG Technologies, Rainham, Essex. Health, Environment, Safety and Sustainability ongoing improvements. Responsible for overall health and safety for 180 employees. Prior to this, I had been working for my previous employer for just under 19 years. The premises closed on 30/6/23. I was Logistics Manager, as well as managing all recycling on site. I was responsible for two loading shifts and the overall Loading and Warehouse Operations. I dealt with staff issues including appraisals, disciplinaries, wages and safety. I am experienced in accident investigation, risk assessments, safe operating procedures, auditing and safety observations with improvement actions. I carried out all new employee interviews and inductions. I was responsible for all vehicle movements - from the planning of the loads, the safe loading and compliance when loading and customer deliveries. Health and Safety at the forefront of absolutely everything and I am trained to qualified I.O.S.H. standard. I was in constant communication with the Sales and Production Teams. I was responsible for all customer deliveries and satisfaction. I dealt with all delivery issues including complaints and I am happy to be customer facing. I am a firm believer in keeping my staff informed of all relevant information and training requirements. In my spare time enjoy watching football and spending quality time with family and friends.
