Currently, I am a Recruiting Specialist with EHS Hospitality’s Minneapolis office. Working with nearly 50 hospitality companies in Minnesota and throughout the U.S. to fill twice as many front- and back-of-the-house restaurant management positions. Our goals are: • To work with hospitality clients to articulate and find the best talent for their staffing needs; and• To make meaningful connections between culinary professionals at all points along their career paths and restaurants of all different concepts and sizes.
