• Working with internal clients at Executive Management Board and senior management level the role influences the decisions and serves as the cross department voice within the company to ensure all stakeholder issues are considered and addressed; ensuring a commercially astute business case is produced for development and implementation by the IT and Construction Teams.• The role ensures that each project maximises the commercial value and benefit to the airport by ensuring a fully integrated approach/solution is adopted with the right blend of people, process, systems and capital investment.• Responsible for creating business cases on projects that shape the future of the airport, and presenting them to Executive Management board, airlines and internal/external committees. • Responsible for leading the project in early stages, and remaining the intelligent client throughout the projects’ duration.

• Business segmentation and investment planning, account plans, market penetration and strategy plans for NCR travel and hospitality solutions in Europe. • SME on multi channel self service solutions including Web,Mobile, Common use airport solutions and international helpdesk/services for airlines, airports, hotels,rail and car hire companies. • Identification,negotiation and management of channel business partnerships and strategic alliances.• Strategic oversite of deal pipeline/funnel.

• Responsible for aviation, travel & transportation EMEA Industry consulting group and centre of expertise.• Capturing and articulating industry trends and their Datawarehouse , Business intelligence, CRM and analytical implications. • Successfully developed and deployed key industry programmes (iPNR, active enterprise intelligence, Revenue Management intelligence, Relationship Management. • Delivered high level billable consulting and board level mentoring to customers and prospects. • Leader of consultative sales approach on all new Travel and Transport footprints across EMEA.
