I currently supervise the distribution warehouse wire room which consists of three shifts of employees. I am responsible for managing time approvals, maintaining a safe working environment, and delegating job orders for all three shifts. Using a big picture and customer driven mindset, I predict problems and implement plans to meet the demands of a large distribution warehouse. I coordinate the fabrication of PARASPINS, PARA PULLS, INSTA REELS, and SLIM SPINS, and when necessary I work with my team in fabrication to ensure all orders are completed on time.

Along with managing crews, I completed field installations of UTP, PE, phone, and fiber optic cabling and the production and complete build-outs of communication and server rooms. My job duties also required me to communicate with the sales department the supplies needed to complete estimates of upcoming jobs.
