I can be your recruiter because I am an experienced Human Resources Manager and Operations Manager with over 20 years of recruiting, onboarding, training, payroll, employee relations, compensation, inventory management, and business management experience.I have been the human resources manager for years in my own business. As a result, I have a broad knowledge of all HR functions and am able to align HR practices with the business plan. Since I was the owner I was responsible for all human resources management functions including employee relations, compensation, recruiting, payroll, tax filings, investigations, discipline, and training. My SPHR certification ensures I'm up-to-date on all federal regulations.
