I am a Maintenance Engineer, mechanically biased ,Paint Plant engineer with knowledge of pumps, 45Kw oven burners, motors ,hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical equipment.My current role as the Paint technical lead/ maintenance Engineer over a automated paint plant requires me to create PM schedules, follow strict quality control procedures, Service AGMD Pro paint guns, Service all paint equipment such as Evomotion piston pumps and Maple pumps along with all plant water pumps, control the water treatment within the plant including the Prewash, control and balance the Air flow within the plant/paint booths, Source spare parts, Manage the Maintenance budget in line with company KPI Targets, Organize cleaning schedules, Organize Service Contracts and also look at continuous improvements of the entire plant whilst also doing reactive and preventive maintenance.
