After my initial training in education, the arts and counselling I spent the first 25 years of my career in education – teaching primary, running a secondary art department and managing a staff development unit in a tertiary institution. 15 years ago I left the safety of employment and established Future Edge Ltd to offer a range of services focusing on the ‘people’ side of organisations. In recent years the focus of Future Edge has been leadership development, team development, coaching and organisational innovation and creativity. My clients have ranged from large New Zealand corporates through SME's to schools, community organisations and local authorities. In the spare time I make art works and plays drums in a band specialising in Kiwi music.
