Wayne Morrison is an experienced leader in software engineering processes, project management, agile, regulatory compliance/governance and general IT services. Established the Software Engineering Office and the Quality Assurance (QA) Departments and attained CMM/CMMI Levels 2, 3 then 5. Previous head of Enterprise Technology Process Office at BMO. Previous head of Enterprise Geographic Information Systems (GIS) department at Hydro One with a large portfolio of enhancement and major projects. He takes a holistic approach to integrating solutions to meet business and IT priorities.
