The scope of the project covers 450 + leaders from Production Process Leader to Plant Director. • Developing a bespoke ‘training’ programme with a business partner designed to provide an experiential learning approach based on a framework of leadership behaviours. Now in its second generation.• Provision of a 1 to 1 coaching to support the application of the learning from the above programme.• Review of the current ‘management systems’ with the plant director and his first line to identify opportunities to create ‘headroom’ to allow the new leadership behaviours to be applied. • Creation of a new leadership ‘space’ in which to deliver the development programme but also to act as a reference point and source of inspiration/motivation for all leaders at the plants mentioned above.• Definition of leadership level requirements and assessment tools to gauge current and future capability.• Introduced a ‘leadership app’ to ensure leaders are connected and have access to Programme content and supporting information to enable them to use the learning.Workshop preparation, facilitation and follow-upProvided support to senior management teams ti facilitate leadership challenges and team development using many of the tools from the Leadership Programme above.Employee engagementDeveloped a framework for optimising employee engagement and facilitated a cross functional team to ensure consistent application.
