Durban

I started the Fits Rugby Academy emphasizing safety in rugby. I start coaching youngsters from the age of 6 years old to the age of 9 years old in a group environment focusing on correct rugby techniques in all aspects of the game. After that i coach an Elite Program to players that want to fine tune their individual skills in terms of position specific applications in the game, the ages groups range from 10 years to 18 years of age. To date I have over 150 players and approximately 15 coaches involved at the academy.

We provide a service where we supply, service and maintain laundry and catering equipment.

I played professional rugby for 8 years starting as a semi professional player at Stellenbosch University and Western Province then moving to Durban and the Natal Sharks before going fully professional at South Western Districts and finishing off in Ireland at Connacht. I mainly played left wing but i also found myself playing fullback, inside centre and scrum half on the odd occasion.
