• Manage all Retail Risk, Customer Segmentation & Profiling, Fraud and Anti Money Laundering data from BMO legacy systems and databases for Deposit Accounts, Mortgages, Loans, Lines of Credits, Credit Cards, Conditional Sales Contracts, and Investment products. This also includes channel related data (i.e. ATM, OLB, Branch, Mobile Banking, PayPass, and Mobile Tag) as well as collections and write-off data delivered through multiple distribution environments using mainframe SAS, UNIX SAS, SAS Enterprise Guide, SQL, JCL, TSO, MVS, ISPF, UNIX, and Netezza. • Manage and support a team of analysts and managers responsible for the production, maintenance, organization, and accuracy of all BMO data, analytics, and reporting. • Take ownership of the quality of transaction level data in capturing, modifying, transforming and validating processes.• Promote Management Information System awareness through communication, education and training. Ensure data governance and quality standards are fully leveraged by business owners.• Provide leadership and direction in managing all Analytical Infrastructure initiatives. Make key decisions and recommendations for identifying and prioritizing new and existing requirements. • Manage data requirements as it relates to Risk and Analytical Infrastructure initiatives for regulatory reporting and analysis.• Engage Technology & Operations and other corporate areas to provide support in implementing and sustaining change management projects and processes.
