• Responsible for a team of field based technicians
• Vehicle fleet management including arranging services, repairs and hiring lease vehicles whenneeded.
• Managing stock levels and ordering consumables from different suppliers.
• Managing equipment maintenance and repair.
• Controlling monthly budgets and maximising potential revenue through KPI's and continuousimprovement.
• Producing monthly reports outlining project specific performance and analysing profit/loss.

• Travel to various sites carrying out restoration jobs. This mainly involved scratch removal from glass panels.
• Meeting a diverse range of customers from residents to site management on a daily basis and representing the company in a professional manner.
• As team leader I was responsible for a small team and meeting deadlines on the project I was assigned. I liaised with the site manager and escalated any problems to my Operations Manager.
• I was responsible for the admin of each project i worked on and the compliance to our Method Statement.
