Responsible for sales and service of STIHL outdoor power equipment within the context of a hardware store affiliated with the ACE Hardware Co-operative. The sales involve managing inventory, floor displays, STIHL related web presence, equipment setup and final delivery along with qualifying and closing sales to customers. The service aspect involves equipment intake, repair scheduling, parts ordering, performing actual repairs and return of equipment to customer. STIHL associated training includes annual STIHL University (sales related updates), annual Technical Service Update classes, Bronze Service class, Silver Service class and Gold Service class. Other responsibilities include maintaining other outdoor power equipment inventory and displays, automotive section, lawn and garden hand tools department and assisting customers with lawn and garden chemicals and seeds, paint, electrical, plumbing, hardware, grills and general house hold items.

Responsibilities included the manning the front office for the theatre which included greeting patron/customers and visitors either in person or on the telephone and day-to-day business office and facilities operations. Also, was responsible for managing and maintaining desktop computers, Internet and wireless network access and telephone system. The desktop computer environment includes both Windows (XP and 7) and Macintosh (X) systems. These systems were used for patron and volunteer database management, artistic staff graphic design support, web –based ticketing and normal office usage. The position required constant interfacing with the public, volunteers and staff.

Group was responsible hardware and software development of the DMS-10/AP. This product enables enhanced services to be provided by Northern Telecom's DMS-10 digital telephone switch. The system functions as a Switching Control Point in the SS7 network and provides a platform for AIN services, CLASS and AIN announcements and a calling name database. Personal areas of responsibility were as follows: startup diagnostics, system initialization, SCSI subsystem, Ethernet device drivers, IP, UDP, and TFTP services, T1 interface, call processing, and SS7 link device drivers. The system used the Motorola 68360 QUICC as the main processor with the software written primarily in C++ and assembler used as required. A specific responsibility was serving as key member of team in providing initial hardware design verification and startup of a new board design.
