Compass Directional Guidance manufactures and services downhole measurement while drilling tools.As the engineering manager I defined specifications for new high temperature downhole electronics and guided programs from proposal to production. I maintained all of the hardware and software for our product lines, fixing bugs and adding functionality to remain competitive and to win new business.As quality manager I authored all product build and maintenance procedures, product testing and technician training. I managed suppliers and worked with them to ensure delivery of quality product.
