I reevaluated, removed, and simplified HR policies and procedures in order to allow both leaders and employees the opportunity to focus on activities that had a direct impact on customers and sales. For example, I reduced the time to fill critical positions by adjusting the selection process and using data to better target talent pools and sourcing tools. Additionally, I introduced the organization to a more simplistic annual performance model by adjusting annual performance review for leaders, reducing redundancy and creating a level specific process that gave back valuable time to the business.
