Responsible for recommending pricing strategy by industry and instrumental in resolving customer concerns regarding product availability, pricing, quality, and on-time shipments. Instrumental in the planning and product pricing for the recent start-up of the new Construction Line (Galvalume and light gage galvanized), obtaining initial trial orders, tracking customer satisfaction and quality metrics, providing input to operations for modifications as needed.TEAM MANAGER IDS SALES – NEW US VENTURE/FACILITY START-UP, 2008-2010Following announcement by leading German Steel manufacturer, ThyssenKrupp, of the Americas investment of approximately $8B in a new greenfield steel finishing facility in AL and raw steel making in Brazil, was retained and given responsibility for US market development for construction products and all steel products for the SW Region, conducting in-depth market evaluations for compilation of potential sales and product mix forecasts, reporting to US Director of IDS Sales, AL.
