Own the Smart Meter asset ordering plan, generating orders and the rolling forecast profiles for EDF Energy's Smart Meter roll out and all associated ancillary items.Work with multiple external partners, including the DCC, meter financiers, meter manufacturers and PPMID providers to fulfil all contractual and regulatory requirements to ensure provision of a compliant smart meter install.Engage with our third party logistics team to ensure assets are deployed in a compliant manner in line with The Smart Energy Code (SEC) along with liaising with the test and pilot teams to provide the most efficient roll out of the smart metering programme.Also responsible for reverse logistics of any associate equipment returned from the field to bring returns to a successful resolution

Following on from being a member of the team that contributed to CERT and CESP compliance within EDF Energy, I am now responsible for managing internal performance reporting, partnership management reporting tools and regulatory reporting to Ofgem and DECC in relation to progress towards our ECO target. ECO being the Government’s new domestic energy efficiency programme that works alongside Green Deal to provide additional support for energy efficiency measures and provides insulation and heating packages to low income and vulnerable households and insulation measures to low income communities.

Responsible for managing the Forecasting and Reporting of our performance against the companies Carbon Emission Reduction Targets (CERT) and Community Energy Savings Programme (CESP) targets imposed on EDF by the Government and OFGEM as an energy supplier and generator.

Maintaining and developing usage of the SAP system within the planning process and driving awareness of the system and need for CPI into the business.

Responsible for consolidating and reporting the EDF ESCS 5 year MTP, quarterly forecasts and annual Budget to EDF UK Corporate department. Preparing Branch Executive and FD presentations

Prepare monthly European Sales Statistics reports for the field showing Full Depth Operating Profit for Marketing and Factory locations. Prepare weekly sales reporting, with variance against budget & prior year totals & variances to forecast. Calculating Transfer Prices between Factories and Marketing companies & obsolete stock provision.Consolidating 13 week rolling cash forecasts and cash actual reporting.

Prepare reporting and hold reviews of European market balance sheets. Meeting with Finance Liaison Officers and Market Controllers to discuss their balance sheet, assigning action points on problem areas and following up to ensure they where completed. Ensure reconciliation status of all balances sheet accounts were available, obtaining action plans for any un-reconciled accounts. Prepare Quarterly commentary on account status to accompany the reporting to the New York Head Office. Prepare "Risk Reports" to quantify, monitor and bring to the attention of senior leadership any financial exposures on the Balance Sheet.

Prepare internal VAT returns for specific areas of the business. Reconcile all VAT accounts to ensure receivable or payable balances have been settled from Customs and Excise. Analysing the P&L Tax lines to explain variances on actual against the accruals for non-recoverable VAT. Attending C&E audits.

Reviewing Expense claims in line with Internal and external policies. Developed Service Level Agreements with internal and external company partners to ensure timely processing of expenses, developing and rolling out methods of tracking these agreements.
