I have been in Management for 17 years in a 3PL environment .. I meet daily with General Manager to and review the workload to include goal and objectives for the shift/department and team member performance..I conduct start -up meetings with department team members to discuss the previous day results, current expectations and issues that need to be addressed..I establish work schedules, ensure that the schedules are correctly implemented and that task are assigned effectively.. I track, compile, analyze and report date and statistics regarding work area productivity, accuracy, efficiency, volume and results on projects..I monitor and enhance individual performance through clearly defined expectations, training, coaching and counseling to required results.. I review and approve employees daily time card in the ADP Time and Attendance system.. I ensure a safe work environment through education and training, promoting safety awareness and accountability and identifying safety opportunities.. I conduct performance reviews and provide continual feedback on both positive and negative performance..
