Responsible for Full Cycle Accounting including GL maintenance, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory analysis, account reconciliations, cash management, benefit and RRSP administration; preparation, analysis, and distribution of a full set of financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts; stewardship and guidance over financial records and accounting systems; enhanced internal controls to complement the integrity of the financial statements; prompt preparation of all year end working papers; liaison with financial institutions, legal representatives, WCB, all Government agencies for income tax, GST, and payroll taxes.
