As a Director of Sales and Customer Relations my job is now to manage the day to day business working with our customer to provide both IEC 61850 products and TASE.2 products for our customers. I actively drive the technology evaluation stage of the sales process as a product advocate. I maintain contacts with all of our sales channels and end users. I articulate the technology, product features, and benefits to both business and technical users. I identify technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process and provide training services as needed. I work with customers to help them add value for their enterprises using solutions based on international standards for communications and integration.

As a Design and Installation Engineer with a wide range of responsibilities. I am responsible for training material and teaching the ICCP protocol to the electrical industry. I provide technical support for many of the product SISCO offers. I work with the Quality Assurance team to support them in testing efforts so SISCO can provide quality products to our customers.

Improvisational actor based on the real life persona of the 4th Duke of Norfolk, Thomas Howard. My character is of noble birth and I entertain the crowds by portraying a beloved noble from the 1500s. Historical accuracy is not required nor desired however I do attempt to portray some of the mindset that the individual might have had in that time period. There are exceptions in that I am a street character so must interact with those around me which is significantly different that what the nobles of the time period would do.I have performed in some stage combat during my time at the Michigan Renaissance festival. I am proficient in the Rapier and Dagger as well as the broadsword. I host Wedding parties as well as perform weddings as an ordained minister. During the reception my duties includes making sure all of the guests are comfortable. The food is prepared and served correctly. I perform toasts using period toasts which sometimes require a history lesson. I perform for the guests as if they were invited to my home for the party.
