My visionary responsibility sought to expand the company's strategic commercial real estate holdings and professional property acquisitions team nationwide. After utilizing valuation compression techniques in both personal and corporate property investments, I traveled extensively from coast to coast actively tweaking actual on-the-ground market numbers to broader indicators researched from macro-economic levels. Thru specific proprietary data sourcing techniques, over 12,000 real estate markets were tracked weekly for cyclical trending values that then were filtered thru an analytics process in house. By following real-time transactional activity, delineated growth corridors were aggressively farmed and property purchase strategies implemented.

As Airport Manager, I developed and administered a protege government/civilian operational unit for air traffic control, aircraft refueling, flight dispatch, and airfield management. I created all SOPs as required by the Airfield Services Contract and managed all airport operational function requirements in accordance with FAA and DOD FARs, Advisory Circulars and AR mandates for Butts Army Airfield, Fort Carson, in Colorado Springs.Created 5, 10, and 20 year airfield development forecasts and planned design improvements while fostering expedited project timelines thru cooperative partnering.
